To that end, our chefs use fresh, seasonal, and local products that have not been processed and whose origins are known. The raw ingredients are therefore prepared on site, allowing our cooks to be creative while controlling the amount of salts, sugars, or fats. The pleasure they take in cooking can be tasted in every bite!
